BUILT FOR THE DESERT
Why Choose Ultimate Pro Landscape ?
Good design in the Coachella Valley means planning for heat, sand and water from the first sketch. We design yards that hold up.
Desert-First Design
We plan around valley heat and sandy soil, not against it. Every plant and layout choice fits the land it sits on.
One In-House Crew
The team that designs your yard also builds it. No subcontractors and a plan that gets built right.
Honest Pricing
We tie your design to a budget you set. You get clear options and straight pricing, with no surprise costs later.
Licensed & Family-Owned
We are a licensed, family-run team that treats your yard like our own. Founded in 2019, we build for the long haul.
RESHAPE YOUR YARD
Landscape Remodeling
Hardscape & Pavers
Hardscape gives your yard structure that plants alone cannot. We install stone, gravel, flagstone and retaining walls sized for desert soil.
Our base prep accounts for sandy, shifting ground. This keeps pavers level and walls standing through valley heat swings.
- Full desert yard redesign and rebuild
- Old irrigation replaced and upgraded
- Pavers and retaining walls set on proper bases
- Dead lawns and tired beds cleared out
Phased Remodel Method
We rebuild your yard in zones, not all at once. This phased method lets you keep using parts of the space during the work.
Each zone is finished before the next begins. You see steady progress and never lose the whole yard at one time
LESS WORK, MORE YARD
Low-Maintenance Landscape Design
- Drought-tolerant plants chosen for your lot
- Agave, cacti and succulents grouped for impact
- Drip lines and timed controllers installed
- Rock beds and gravel to cut watering
- Yards designed to look full, not bare
Drought-Tolerant Plants
We plant species that thrive on desert rainfall alone. Good picks include agave, cacti, succulents, and native desert shrubs.
These plants handle full sun and sandy soil with ease. They give your yard color and shape without heavy watering.
Drip & Smart Irrigation
Drip lines send water straight to the roots, not the air. Paired with timed controllers, they cut waste sharply in our dry climate.
The system runs on a schedule you set and forget. Your plants get exactly what they need, even in peak summer heat.

HOW WE WORK
Our Landscape Design Process
Diagnosis
We walk your yard and study the land first. We check the soil, sun and slope of your valley lot before any plan.
Execution
We build the plan into your yard. Plants, hardscape and water systems go in by our in-house crew.
Verification
We do a final walk with you to confirm every detail. The work is backed with a care guarantee so you feel secure.
WHERE WE WORK
Serving Neighborhoods near Rancho Cielo, La Morada Area and Avenue 4
We design yards across Rancho Cielo, the La Morada Area, and homes along Avenue 48. These pockets of the Coachella Valley trust us for desert-ready design.
These spots share sandy, fast-draining soil and high heat. Many valley lots also face strong afternoon sun and wind. Plant and water choices must match the land here. We design with that ground in mind every time.
Valley microclimates differ block to block. A yard in one neighborhood may need different plants than another. Local knowledge keeps your design healthy and lasting.

Benjamin, of Ultimate Pro Landscape did a great job laying cement. I appreciate his professionalism and the quality of his work. I look forward to his doing future projects for me.
Highly recommend this vendor. Benjamin is easy to work with. He has a terrific team. They work hard. They listen! They want to please the customer. Have used them for three projects and recommend them.
I really want to start by saying. This is the most professional landscaping company I have used. This is a family owned business and they go far and beyond to complete the project. The two projects I done with Ultimate pro Landscaping have been well planned and estimated. If you give this company a chance you will not regret it.
This is a family Landscape business and was the 1st to reach out after I requested help finding someone since we are not full time in California. Benjamin is the owner of the company and he was so good at presenting his stone product, and the job they did was simply amazing. Their quote was 25% less than others we tried. Not only a great NEW look to our yard but we were treated like family. Do yourselves a favor if you need stone or pea gravel work call Benjamin at Nunez Landscaping, I doubt you will not be disappointed. 5 ?
Yes, I recommend this pro $5,500 Benjamin and his team did a wonderful job with our front landscaping. They were able to complete the project in a short amount of time and made all the necessary changes to our sprinklers, planted pretty cactus and extended our driveway by 2 feet on both sides. They were dependable and we wonâ t think twice about calling them for future projects. THANK YOU again Benjamin.
Yes, I recommend this pro Our HOA hired Benjamin and team to repair our 1/2 mile fence. It required digging out old posts set in cement and replacing them. Replacing railings. It was a huge job. Not only did they complete the work on time, they were perfectionists. Where the posts surrounded trash cans, they measured to make sure each post was the same height. It required repairing irrigation if damaged in removing the posts--that wasn't in the bid. They did it on their own and then checked to see if the sprinklers were perfect. They were resourceful in finding water to make the cement. Benjamin has a "can do "attitude. They worked very long hours and cleaned up after the work was done. We've already decided to hire them for other work for the HOA. We highly recommend Ultimate Landscaping. We are lucky they were willing to come out to us in Marina del Rey. If you hire them, you will look around for more work to give them!
Yes, I recommend this pro $1,100,050 Ultimate Landscaping completely redid our front and backyard on time and on budget and it far exceeded our expectations. We ended up changing the design midway through the project (decided we did not want a rock river and opted for a walkway instead) and Benjamin did so cheerfully and without complaint. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results and we highly recommend him.
Yes, I recommend this pro Love this family great work and very efficient

What does a landscape designer do in the Coachella Valley?
Are landscape designers worth it in Coachella Valley?
Yes, a designer saves you from costly mistakes. Wrong plants or poor drainage can fail fast in desert soil and cost more later. A solid plan also adds value to your property. You get a yard built right the first time, made for valley conditions.
What is a realistic landscaping budget in the Coachella Valley?
Your budget depends on yard size, materials, and scope. Small projects cost less, while full redesigns with hardscape run higher. We build a plan around what you want to spend. During your free walkthrough, we give honest pricing tied to your goals.
What is the 70/30 rule in gardening?
The 70/30 rule splits your yard by structure and plants. Roughly 70 percent is steady greenery, and 30 percent is seasonal color. This balance keeps a yard looking full all year. In the valley, drought-tolerant plants make the structure side easy to maintain.
